Hello, I have lost my weight drastically automatically after 1.5 years of my c section. I want to increase my weight. What do I do?

Check for hyperthyroid if you’re losing your weight drastically and that too after so much time of your delivery there may be a possibility of you being thyroid positive so check with your doctor and consult a nutritionist after words for a diet plan to help you to increase your weight over the period with time
