Hi, I'm a Clinical pharmacist, so my suggestions are Baby Sebamed and Cetaphil baby soap for body wash. As baby skin is so delicate and soft using the soaps which contain Sulphate can cause damage to baby skin in the long term and make the skin rough. So better to use sulphate free soaps for babies.
