helo mam main mujhe 9 month start hone wala h.but mere tummy legs arms par bhut etching hoti h coconut oil laga rahi hu but kabhi theek ho jata h aur kabhi bhut hee jyada hoti h .kya kru

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue with coconut oil.. Cold compression-Wrap some ice cubes in a cloth and place it over the affected skin for 10 minutes at a time. Use this simple remedy 3 or 4 times a day.
Apply fresh aloe vera gel to the affected skin for 15 to 20 minutes
