Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if your baby is just 4 months old so it is advisable not to give any medicine by yourself if the child is having cough and cold you need to consult your doctor first

keep her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than the 350
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
