Hello sir/madam... my second baby delivery is happened on may month( secerean ), family planning also done...now my stomach is become big after delivery..I want to use belt to reduce my stomach size..is it safe to use belt? if I use what type of belt can use? please give me suggestions.thank you...

Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.
