my girl baby delivered on 27/12/23 normal delivery still then both mom and my wife has oral thrush like white patches in mouth.why these happened? and what's the solution

While there is no standard amount of time a woman should wait before returning to regular sexual activities following their delivery. 
Should have gap of at least 3 months so as to avoid complications .
