hello sir after delivery I gain so much weigh and my lower body parts ma bhot pain hota ha like my back and my leg to mughe kya karna or lana chiya

A. hi you should take your calcium and other supplements properly eat good protiens , variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well this will help in weight loss also and better quality of milk avoid high calorie foods
