Hello, My son is 18th month old .. upper side four teeths has occur but lower he has only 2 teeths and his upper molar teeths has start erupting... Is their any problem that his lower teeths are not erupted?

A. Don't worry it's a natural process. Sometimes it can happen anytime by four months. Or even before four months too it happens for few babeis. Sometimes six months sometimes even a year untill 1.5 years most babies will start to have by 11 months.
