hello maz baby 3 mhinyach ahe. tyacha galavar khup pinples yetat. pimples jat nhiyet. me tyacha face la oil pn use krt nhi.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hello. as you are not using oil than it might be some allergy.. Clean your baby’s face every day with warm water and gentle soap. Then dry it very gently.
use only mild baby skin lotion, if it keep increasing show it to ur doctor
