hello mam meri beti abhi 1.5saal ki hai but uska wight badh nai Raha hai jab uska first bday tha tb 8.5kg tha and abhi bhi uska wight utna hi hai ....uska jab birth hua tb uska wight 3kg tha to us hisab se uska wight 1year me atleast 9kg to b chahiye tha but uska wight nai badha and tb se leke ab tk wight badh hi nai Raha hai aap please kuch suggest kare

A. Hello! You gradually start introducing all food groups in your child’s daily diet that is healthy and Common in your family in the form of Dal, Chawal, Roti, sabji. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be included slowly and gradually.
