See It is not I think that a random diet plan can be suggested to you it would be better to consult a dietician because she will take care of all your issues if you have any like you know if the kind of weight you have what is your bone wait how much weight do you need to lose and accordingly she will make a diet plan for you but do workout along with the diet for faster and better than WhatsApp
