#askexperts mam I didn't reduce my weight after pregnancy...now am 6months ago post pregnancy mam..how can I loose my weight...am 85 kgs right now... suggest me mam pls

A. Dear mum, post pregnancy weight loss takes time and effort. Have patience and be motivated. Eat mindfully and reduce your calorie intake from high calorie foods. Avoid junk food. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
