Hello Ma'am...My baby is not gaining weight although he eats everything Alhamdulillah but I am giving him cow milk because he got infection of cow milk...

But madam milk is not only the thing that is important a child should have a proper balance that which you are giving still if the weight is not increasing or the growth is not proper then either your child is having an issue of poor digestion or nutritional deficiency please consult your doctor once
