Q.
Hello i had a c-sec on 28 November i still have back pain and stiffness in joints. Also my stitches aren’t fully recovered yet it has a scabby layer on it. I apply ointment and coconut oil twice a day.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and after the c-sec mostly stitches are healed in two months at least. and also back pain are very normal and please have kamarkhas in your daily diet in any form. and also ask your doctor for food supplements and calcium and vitamins.
