in midnight or during sleep my finger joints pains a lot stiffness is also feel.. sometimes nees and joints pain occurs my c section have 3 months and I gain lots of weight

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try to be physically active as much as possible.
