hello Dr my daughter is 3month old....i am breastfeeding mother, while feeding my milk supply is very low so please suggest me how to increase breast milk... I am so worried about it.. I can't see her hungery conditions... because her tummmy looks not so full

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please take lactare capsules Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur feed is sufficient for the baby.
