Hello Doctor Is it ok to eat mangoes while breastfeeding. What fruits can I have while breastfeeding. Please suggest me.

All Of them all the food you can eat but if you just have had a C-section then avoid fruits with seeds like guava or something that’s about it apart from that you can eat all kind of fruits as far as I am my knowledge goes there is no restriction on any kind of food you can have most of the fruits available
