hello doctor, am gifted with baby boy at last month 10th.(c section) when shall I use abdominal belt? shall I use the belt throughout the day?

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand.
