hello doctor am 3months old baby mother I have a hair fall problem now how to rectify mam please give any suggestions, Am always eating regularly vegetables,fruits etc... but hair fall is more... Wt can I do

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hello there maam please massage your hair with almond oil nd kalaunjee oil twice a week. also clean with amla, shikakai and reetha your hair. also hve balance diet of fiber and proteins.. add one amla in your daily diet.take care
