Having food craving especially in the morning. Is this is the sign of pregnancy?

A. It will be difficult to say anything as yes it could be a symptom of pregnancy and also there are chances that you might not be pregnant so either do a pregnancy test either at home or consult a gynecologist regarding the same for confirmation
