RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Could be some kind of an allergy or a rash that is appearing so you can apply calamine lotion or coconut oil regularly into this area and maintain proper hygiene and yet if required please get it evaluated with a dermatologist
