hai doctor, I have plan to feed my children flax seed oil and tata 1 mg omega fish oil tablet . kindly advice dose of both.

Look mostly we suggest to give tablets but if your child is not going to have tablets and for this you will have to check with your doctor what is going to be the dosage for how long do you need to give it we cannot advise you to give these things without doctors advice
