You can give mashed potato to the child otherwise you can look for some healthy recipes that you would want to make and prepare for your child on YouTube google as well as the First Cry blogs will also a really good recipes for you to go ahead with with lot of mothers have shared good and healthy recipes that you can prepare for your child
