Q.

Good morning medam, I have twin daughters of 2 months. Can we give cow milk for feeding. Mother breast milk is low in supply n not not sufficient for her. Pl give me directions…..

A. first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. if the weight gain off the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern off the child. your doctor is the best person to telll you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding. continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child

A. Hi there I suggest take two leptadin tablet twice a day with glass of milk daily it is very helpful you can take aswgandh powder or satavari granules with glass of milk please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
