Q.

good morning As my son is 6 yrs old and he is unable say a word from his mouth ,only he can say amma and can understand everything wht we say and respond to that... Is there there any disability in him? plz let me know....

A. it need to be seen. . to Child specialist should examine the baby for proper treatment as this query cannot be answered as such . You can Consult any near by pediatrician or your family pediatrician for this .
