experts Hi,mam after delivery ( c- section ) my belly rises too much how control this please suggest me some yoga or exercises ,,or other advises please...

A. If it has been more than 6 months then you can start doing all sorts of exercises. You can start suryanamaskar or do any abdominal exercises along with portion control

A. happen due to hormonal fluctuations. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
