Q.

I had my C section delivery on 14th June, 2021. Can I start yoga or exercises now ? if yes what kind of exercises should I go for ?

A. only walk now ok a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
