hi I had c section in the month of Feb. Can I start doing exercises. If yes suggest some exercises

A. Hello mom Now your baby is six months old so yes you can start doing good you are a good early. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight so you have to do it regularly for better results. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan
