Dr mera baby 15 months ka h … Mai uska khana olive oil me bana sakti hu ???? It’s harm or not Ya Mai usko khana banane ke baad upar se mix kr ke du….

A. There is no point adding oil on top of the food if you want to prepare it in olive oil only then you can give it to the child olive oil is completely safe to be used our first preference is always Desi ghee but if you want to use olive oil that is also not a problem
