did anybody ate prawns after c section and while breastfeeding please answer me

A. You can have all kind of non-vegetarian food there is no problem you can have a bronze chicken fish seafood whatever your choices so you can go ahead with that but I have it in moderate quantity you can start having all kind of non-vegetarian food about 40 to 60 days later of your delivery
