A. you can start exercise after 3 to 4 months further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more dggetails if required . Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

A. hi after 6 months of delivery so wait till that prefer to take green veggies, fresh fruits more increase your fluid intake drink plenty of water
