delivered baby through c section 4 and half months back can I play badminton?

Not right now because the internal stitches with the C-section take a lot of time to heal so none of the high energies activities are advisable for 10 to 12 months you have to take a check with your doctor she confirm then only you can go for badminton right now it is not even advisable for you to go for a walk
