if you feel comfortable yes you can use if you are not feeling comfortable to use it then you may shift on to any other option which is more comfortable for you

Yes if you would want you can use it but I would just like to tell you over here when you are pregnant you should not have any kind of a discharge leakage or anything because that is not considered healthy during the time of pregnancy of spotting on anything if you are facing little bit of a problem also please consult your doctor
