For mothers, Nalpamaradi thailam can be diluted with sweet almond oil to make baby oil to improve skin health. The Nalpamaradi Thailam has anti-fungal essential oils. It helps in treating Pitta (fire), Vata (air), and Kapha (water) imbalances.
