RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl6 months agoA. Yeah yeah cold sponge or cold pack is not a problem after that you can apply Thermophob to reduce swelling and continue with paracetamol every six hours there is no problem doing cold sponge keeping a gel pack it’s actually good during this time
