can I put oil in my baby's ear? if yes then which oil

Nope you cannot put it doctors do not advise you to do it a lot of parents do it from their own side but if you want to go ahead with what medically correct is then you are not advised to put oil yet if you want to put anything for any purpose first clear it up with an ENT doctor
