can I massage my kids feet and legs with megnesium oil before going to sleep ?

A. You should ask your doctor if they suggested to use the magnesium oil you can use it because normally we suggested to use regular basic oil since you’re looking for something really specific it’s better to check with your paediatrician before you use it
