Can anyone suggest numbing spray for episiotomy stitches after post delivery ! I heard about dermoplast spray , but it was not available in India ! Can anyone suggest instead of that

but consult with your doctor first.
maintain proper hygiene and avoid sitting in spreading leg position.
take adequate rest till 15 to 20 days till the stitches heal
