baby got cold with runny nose from last 4,5 days.. yesterday got fever also.. 100.4... giving paracetamol... what to do more??? not eating hard food... pls suggest anyone

Keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far overnight
Home steam from safe distance can be given
Don't expose her to winds
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
You may give a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time ( don't wake her up though)
Don't use RO water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
