My 9 month old baby is having a fever of 101° Its been more than 52 hrs Despite giving paracetamol after 4-5 hrs fever comes back with 100-101 What to do now

A. yes, give him pcm in right dose in ४-६ hourly and give lots of liquids. do visit yiur doctor if no improvement after three days. give him adequate rest. ok
