Q.

my baby is having fever from last 24 hrs and on giving paracetamol it depends from 101 to 98 or 99 but raises again after 5 to 6 hrs of taking medicine

A. Fever can stay up till 72 hours approximately usually you are recommended to give medicine after every six hours because it is nature of fever to keep repeating like this so continue with the medication and if it doesn’t subside totally by completing the maximum time of 72 hours then you have to consult your doctor for further assessment
