#AskTheExpert since last night he is having fever with 101 . after giving paracetamol 250 fever come to little above normal then again after 4 hrs it upto 102.

A. in case of fever you can give paracetamol which can be repeated in every 6 hours and in betwezlen if there is any raised temperature you can do cold sponging also. to reduce the temperature paracetamol has to be given 15 mg per kg body weight.
