#asktheexphe have red rashes on face I applied coconut oil but it doesn't help, what can be used,??

apply calamine lotion.
hokd uskng sny hars oil to face of yiur baby.
if no improveme t, do visjt yiur doctor in person.

Dear if you rub or clean baby's face with towel use soft muslin cloth or wet wipes. it can be due to dry skin as well, After giving bath use Johnson's Baby Lotion it keeps skin moisturized and soft. Also helps in hydrating the skin and maintain the ph balance of the skin. Try this atleast for a week, if still red rashes occurs visit dr.
