it can single use or it might be reusable oncde. it can be of any brand.
the most important thing that you have to follow is that it should not cdause peri anal skin allergy as well as it has to be changed regularly before it can cause perianal rash.
if it is causing allergy then kindly change the brand

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
