A. @rashmi I am doing that but still it's not getting well voice is also gradually getting low now started vomitting also ..

A. You should give medicines after consulting the doctor and in general keep your child very well covered in proper woollen clothes and which is what is going to be helpful for you to use as of now to cover and protect your child from cold and cough
