#asktheexperts my backache got severe and c section stitches are still hurting.what to do

A. Hi mom pain in stitches needs to be evaluated by ur doctor. For back ache u can give massage on ur back with sesame oil. This will help to give relief. also take adequate rest and sleep , do not lift anything heavy and avoid holding baby for long hours
