#asktheexperts my baby has reddish pimples kind of rashes in face but arnt pimples. We changed the lotion brand hence it reduced but not getting clear 100%.

A. Hi Mom, Most of the rashes are common during summer season. Use the lotion regularly after shower. It will clear on its own. Avoid heat and humidity in baby's room. Wear cotton clothes to your child. Keep the baby well hydrated. Thank you.
