#asktheexperts I am mother of 3 and half month old baby from yesterday my bby is having reddish pimples on his face what can I do for reduce these pimples?

you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
keep that area clean
avoid using any cosmetics.
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene
