My baby have pimples on his face in reddish colour what i need to do sir.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Hello, it might be baby acne , which is quite common in newborns. it will appear at two weeks and gradually subside by it's own by the age of two months. keep massagin with your regular oil. keep feeding regularly.maintain hygein.

you can apply coconut oil or breast milk on affected area
please wipe this area properly with Babyhug milky wipes
please maintain hygiene properly
