#asktheexperts My baby girl is 8 months old. Her birth weight was 3.6kg . Now is 7.5kg. Is this ok or not?

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist1 week agoA. dear parent, a weight of 7.5 kg is a normal weight for your baby at the age of 8 months. babys weight should be in the range of 7 kg to 9 kg.

Ma’am this is quite less because if your child was 3.6 then practically your child should have been 7.2 by completing the age of 6 months and right now your child should have been about 8.2-2 8.5 kg so your child is not taking growth please check with your doctor
